Rosalia

Rosalia Vila also known as Rosalia is an Spanish flamenco and pop singer. Since she was a teenager Rosalia has delved into the dark side of both pop and traditional music. Her voice is said by no less an artist than the Flamenco guitar player Pepe Habichuela as sweet and sharp, however with a bit of bite similar to those of the past. El Mal Querer gained her notoriety and commercial success following her debut album Los Angeles was released in 2017. This album won an award from an award called the Latin Grammy Award for Best New Artist. The single La Fama featuring the Weeknd was released in 2021. Motomami will be her third album. She worked with numerous performers and musicians including Cory Henry. In March 2022 the set began to be released in conjunction with the Saturday Night Live performance of Chicken Teriyaki. Rosalia has become the only Spanish artist to perform solo on the show. Motomami was the sole female in history to be the winner of the Latin Album of the Year two times in addition to three Latin Grammy Awards.
